Earlier today, Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont revealed to the citizens of that state the details for the first phase of the plan to reopen trade and work in his jurisdiction.
This plan includes guidelines for small businesses that plan to reopen on May 20.
For now, those companies that are authorized to open operations would be limited to a maximum of 50% of their capacity, and employees and customers would be required to cover their faces.
